Returns
In all instances, if you return goods to us within 14 days from the purchase date or such goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging with invoice/receipt, we will give you a full refund. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Exchanges
We will happily exchange your item for a different product or a different size (subject to availbility of stock.)
Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
Unless you have been provided with a free returns postage envelope (see returns section above for freepost qualifiaction) then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
We will refund the difference in price between your item and a cheaper one (using your original payment method), we will request additional payment if we require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive item.
How long do I have to exchange items?
As with returns, we offer you a full 14 days to exchange an item.
